POLICIES

1. Birth certificates are required for all participants by July 1 of current year.

2. All medical forms will be required by 8/1 in order to begin practice. 

3. Age is on or before 11/1 of the current year except if you are 14 years old.  You must be 14 on or after August 1 of the current year.

4. 9th Graders cannot participate and players who play on the Middle School Modified team are ineligible.

5. Family discount available.  $20.00 off each family member after the first registrant.

6. It is the policy of the Monroe Woodbury Youth Football and Cheer Organization not to refund registration fees.
